Returns & Exchanges

At Pop Figures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collectibles; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Figures

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping box with all protective bubble wrap to prevent damage to the collectible's packaging during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the condition of the returned figures, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
